And I'm Off...

Las Vegas is one of those places that almost (notice I did say almost... you won't hear me complain about going again) stops being fun if you go too often, but I am thrilled of having the possibility of visiting the Hoover Dam this time! I guess that doesn't really count as Las Vegas though does it? Either way, I'm going to visit my husband who's still there for his job training! It's been about 2 weeks since I've seen him, and that is a little too long if you ask me. So off to LV to visit my favorite pilot.

I actually just got off of the phone with my husband, and he scolded me (in the nicest way) when I told him that I had to write a quick blog post before I went to bed. Blogger addiction, anyone?! It's 11pm here, and I have to be up at, oh, about 3am. He might be slightly worried that I won't wake up in time. The funny thing is, that even though I'm not a morning person at all, I always get up super easily (yes, even at 3am) when I have a plane to catch. There's some traveling blood running through my veins I tell you. If only I could figure out a way to make money traveling and writing about it. Goodnight blog friends! I just couldn't go to sleep tonight without a post for you all. I might have a blog addiction, but for now it's off to sleep.

Are there any places that you've visited too many times?
Does it start to lose the thrill after a while?
Do you have any vacation destinations that you never get sick of?!

Have fun in Vegas! Can't wait to see those pictures of the Hoover Dam. I've never been. Yes, deprived. I know. That's why our next mission is to become traveling buddies. Sound good?! Thought so! :)

  5. You're probably in Vegas already. Hope it was a smooth trip!

People say you can never get tired of Disney World because it is always growing and changing. I care to differ. Our daughter with not know of that world called Disney until she's about 18...or until all her friends clue her in :P

  8. I have been going to Cape Cod, MA every summer since before I can remember, and now I consider that place more of a home than where I actually live. I love it up there and will never grow tired of it!

  9. I'm the same way about geting up early on traveling days... I think I'm so nervous that I'll oversleep that I don't really sleep the night before. haha. :)

I haven't traveled out of state enough to get tired of anything like that, but I get so bored of the things here in Oregon sometimes. We host a lot of exchange students and it seems like we always go the exact same places every time we get a new one... the Oregon coast is beautiful, but after 10 times it kinda loses its attraction. :)

  13. Have SO much fun in Vegas!!!!

As for me, I never get sick of visiting NYC. Each time I go I discover something new to love. I don't know if I could ever actually live there - it might take away the charm - but I will definitely continue to visit whenever I can.

  15. I can't wait to get there tomorrow!! Hope you have a great time!!! I've been to Vegas soooo many times. There's still tons that I haven't done. =) I love Thunder From Down Under. hehe I've been twice. Love the roller coasters. I've been to the Improv and another comedy thing with Pauly Shore. I want to go see the Peep show and Tournament of Kings. And as much as I've been to Vegas, I've never been to Fremont Street. So I'm going this time. =)

  18. Our trip in Las Vegas is great. We stayed in a lovely hotel and for me, that was the best hotel. It's really an amazing stay. Not to mention that the staff were nice and very friendly. Had a really great time.
